Truck was very dirty. Took days to get receipt. Owner was very difficult to get a hold of. At 2pm was told to call back in two hours. Called back in two hours and was told that I "just missed him". Had to call corporate to be able to get anything done. On the other hand corporate was great and professional. Would not recommend this location.

The convenience store was extremely courteous and helpful. The vehicle was not clean when I arrived but they took the time to clean the cabin and glass (which was very dirty). The vehicle had no washer fluid in it which became an issue during my long drive. I'd recommend filling the truck with fuel as a convenience to the customer and to make it easier to match the fuel level upon return.

tara aI’ll never rent another truck or ever recommend anyone to rent from U-Haul again. The truck has some serious electrical glitches. The check engine light popped on When you hit a bump in the truck every light on the dash pops on and does some really weird stuff. It did a complete downshift along with losing power anytime there was any little bumps in the road. I’m glad my son was following me in my car. the owner needs to look into. It shut off on me while i was turning into the turn lane, i knew that because i lost power steering. On top of it all, i got into the truck with 3/8 of fuel and i guess I’m old fashioned because i was expecting it to be on full, it’s easier to gage how much actual fuel to use during the trip. I had zero idea of how much fuel i would use because i had to make a long drive to and from, so i put 77.00 in the tank which put it at 3/4. After my trip i had 5/8 left in the tank, and wouldn’t get reimbursed from what i put in there. I’ll tell anyone looking to rent from U-Haul to go through budget rentals instead. You’ll never get another dollar out of me ever again
