I went there around 11:40AM. The doors on the building said they opened at noon but really they open at 10AM but the guy on the phone said he was taking a long lunch break. I had to get on the phone with about 4 different people to get my rental. Huge pain in the behind, took an hour to finally get my truck. Plan ahead if you're trying to rent from this location. How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere wasn’t a spot to park the uhaul, nobody was they, and parking lot was a challenge as well
Alicia CMade a reservation a month in advance at the location at 9050 NW Prairie View Rd in KCMO. Received a phone call approximately 30 minutes prior to my pickup time and was told they didn’t have the size truck I reserved. I was literally in the parking lot at this location when I got the call. I was sent to the Elite Motor Sales in Ferrelview MO as it was the closest location that had the size truck I needed. Needless to say this was really inconvenient and put me behind schedule. The location at Elite Motor Sales is very small with no parking. Further, the truck I was given had cigarette ashes in the seats and smelled like an ashtray.
Gary BNo one was there when I dropped off the truck. Barely room to park the truck. Looks like a junkyard.
