Made a reservation a month in advance at the location at 9050 NW Prairie View Rd in KCMO. Received a phone call approximately 30 minutes prior to my pickup time and was told they didn’t have the size truck I reserved. I was literally in the parking lot at this location when I got the call. I was sent to the Elite Motor Sales in Ferrelview MO as it was the closest location that had the size truck I needed. Needless to say this was really inconvenient and put me behind schedule. The location at Elite Motor Sales is very small with no parking. Further, the truck I was given had cigarette ashes in the seats and smelled like an ashtray.
