Salt parking lot. It was a solid sheet of ice in the morning when we got there and even upon returning hours later after it warmed up, I slipped and fell on ice. The lot did not appear to be salted at all.

The entire parking lot to get to the business was covered in 6” of snow and very dangerous. I noticed a snow blower inside but i guess the gentleman there did not want to use it. I didn’t feel comfortable bringing my vehicle inside the parking lot so he had to drag the tow dolly out to the main road.
CHRISTOPHER RMaybe clean up the office area a bit. A clean office instills confidence in the product. I get not spending a lot on the office, since the product is the important part, but sweeping or vacuuming and straightening up a bit doesn't take money.
ASHLEY CHad to travel to another location to get the moving pads I ordered with the truck. Guys were nice , but having to make another trip was inconvenient.
