The van was dirty inside and out. The back had a layer of sand and small gravel, plus some pieces of cement and some vinyl flooring — I think it was used to move construction waste materials. The cab smelled like cigarettes. There is no designated parking at this location, so you have to go find the van on the streets nearby. The app did not give me a specific location. Returning it was worse. The app says ‘park in the lot’, but there is no lot, so I drove around for 20 minutes trying to find a legal parking spot and eventually parked a 6 minute walk away from the return location. The app would not support this. Overall it was a very bad experience and not good for the U-Haul brand. I would never recommend this location to anyone I liked.

STEFON H1. The app needs improvement! At pickup the app directed me to find the car and then asked me to pick up the key. I had to walk 3 blocks to the car and then three blocks back to pick up the key, then back to the car. There must be a better solution that making customers walk this much. Instead, change the order to pick up the key first, then go to the car. All in all, the process was clunky and time consuming (wasted almost an hour between check in and driving off). 2. I hate the fact this location has no parking. I drove for 30 mins looking for parking to drop off the vehicle.
