My u haul was stolen I called explained to them exactly what was going on. Then I actually found the u haul myself so I took it back and went and took it back immediately it was negative degrees outside I had to walk so far. I did not destroy nor did I leave it on E. It was stolen that's just not right to charge me 2 grand for something I had no control over. That's crazy

This is the second week in a row that I had a truck reserved for Self Check-out at one location and had to go somewhere else because there was "No Equipment Assigned to the Reservation". Luckily, this location had a truck avaialable for this service. However, once checkout was complete I realized that the driver's seat belt did not operate correctly because the strap is torn in several places and gets stuck in the retractor.

Amanda RWe specifically asked to go to a location that was manned, we arrived at the location, nobody on site, cold and had to call in to get our reservation relocated to the location of pickup. Customer service people did not do their job. The gentleman at the pickup location did an excellent job top to bottom.
