Cody JThere was after hours drop off. One thing I suggest have a better way.to track when dropping off. I was there before the time on the rental but I got charged for a extra day. When they came to work they day I was late.
Laron SThis was a very poor experience. The original pick up location was Olney, Il. On the evening prior to pick up, the location was changed to Flora, Il. This added 60 miles to the trip on moving day, plus extra fuel, plus a scramble to find someone to drive over to Flora at the last minute. The vehicle was locked, the owner could not figure out your system which caused an extra 1-hour delay. You had a 1-2 week advance reservation. I've used U-haul in the distant past but cannot recommend the company anymore.
