Very Professional, Apologetic,and Helpful! RON ,The Dealer let me get the trailer early. My appointed pick-up tie was 1 o-clock, I arrived at 10:30! He was very helpful, said the right tie-down strap was frayed! That I should call Customer Service! The Customer service representing Germany was very Professional,Pollite and Apologetic! Her computer went down twice and was very slow coming back up! I told her, it wasn't her fault! That being Said Mother Nature can't be Tamed!
