The rental location and person helping me was great. The app was jinky and would not work when I tried to load photos when I picked up the van and again when I tried to drop it off.
SHERRY FThe process to rent the U-Haul was horrible. I filled out all the information online but then the things it said it would do. It did not. When we got to the facility to rent the U-Haul we had to refill out everything again through the app which cost us a half hour of our time. Would not recommend.

TASHA TI was charged for 2 gallons of gas by the Uhaul facility even though I put gas in the vehicles before I dropped it off. I dropped it off after hours so no conversation took place regarding the additional fuel charge. I do have receipt from fuel station to prove I put fuel in the vehicle. And I made sure the fuel gauge was back to the spot it was at when I picked up the vehicle. Lesson learned is that I should have taken a photo of fuel gauge when I picked up the vehicle and then another picture when I dropped it off.
