This location had very nice customer service. It wasn’t so much this location as it was U-Haul in general I had rented an appliance dolly a couple weeks in advance. It showed that it was there and available for rent renting on the date IThis location had very nice customer service. It wasn’t so much this location as it was U-Haul in general I had rented a appliance dolly a couple weeks in advance. It showed that it was there and available for renting on the date. I rented it when I got there, there was no dolly. Then sat in the office for 30 minutes while they figured out if there was a dolly anywhere in the state. Then had to drive to a whole Nother U-Haul to get the required appliance dolly.
