The rate i was initially quoted was sixty dollars less than what I was charged. Im fairly dissapointed with the over all price.

JASMINE RThe rental location and person helping me was great. The app was jinky and would not work when I tried to load photos when I picked up the van and again when I tried to drop it off.
SHERRY FThe process to rent the U-Haul was horrible. I filled out all the information online but then the things it said it would do. It did not. When we got to the facility to rent the U-Haul we had to refill out everything again through the app which cost us a half hour of our time. Would not recommend.
