Everything was great
LISA RMy return process could have been better. I rented two identical trucks and the return process would not tell me the equipment number so I could be sure I was uploading photos of the correct vehicle
Conrad SThe location was not open even though the door stated 8a-2p on Saturdays. We arrived at 10am and no one was there . I had to download the U-Haul app and completed the return my truck option. This was a hassle and an inconvenience .
