Location was trashed. Office full of debris and filthy. Truck had a partially flat tire and owner told me there was nothing he could do. He told me I needed to go to an auto shop and get air. I asked him if it was his responsibility to rent out a fully functional vehicle. He told me I could take it or leave it. Truck was clear of loose debris but not wiped down or free of stains. I rent from Uhaul often and I've never seen a place as filthy or an owner that could care less. I ended up switching the vehicle out with another uhaul at another location.
