Drop-off unclear... arrived on time and sat outside calling for 15 minutes to ask for assistance while no one picked up the phone. Walked inside of a SMOKE SHOP and was charged $40 when I told the guy I was outside while he wasn't answering the phone. Absolutely ridiculous, U-Haul has zero empathy for an honest misunderstanding. The whole process from pick up to drop-off was a pain in the ass. Last time I will ever use this company.

Not crazy about what they sell
STEWART CI driven around and looked the office of U-Haul, but it was in the Smoke shop. Please, put sign on the door, make sure people see where the U-Haul rental.
MARIANNA KThey were not clear on communication and caused me a lot of distress even though I have not done anything wrong. They can be discriminatory by judging you even though you doing exactly what everyone else is doing. They will falsify documents if they don’t like you off appearance.
