When I went to pickup. It asked me to go to store representative to pickup the keys but however the keys were in the lockbox. They have not given me the lockbox code and representative also dint know the code. I had to call customer care and spend around an hour to figure out the code with them. Please have a proper log of where the keys are. If the keys are in lockbox provide the code at checkout screen.

Deidre BDidn’t even get access to vehicle due to uhaul wrong records on how pickup worked at location. Was told refund and 50 reservation guarantee was requested but no confirmation of this. Very dissatisfied with the poor customer support received upon issue and lack of accountability for outdated or just incorrect records.
