Truck replacement windshield on the truck was not installed properly. There was tape around the top of the windshield and roof of the truck. There was pieces of glass in tray compartment and on the floor of the truck. Windshield started shaking at the speed of 50 miles per hour. I had to stop at the ext 8 on the NJ turnpike to be tow to a location where I had to wait 3-4 hours to be towed to a another Uhaul vendor. My trip was delay and I had to spend the night in a hotel.

Took to long for the reservation. Everything I had done online had to be redone at the store. Attendant said none of the online info is transferable at the store and he had to enter it on his computer. Make the app work better!
