Dude wildly upcharged me on mileage. I drove less than 15 miles and he reported it as 45. Didn't see an easy way to dispute it and while he was nice to me, he also seemed like he had a mean side that I didn't wanna get on. Decided it wasn't worth the trouble, but jeez that's some mean fraud.
ELIZABETH AOnly problem was the lack of covers that I have requested for the move. I had to scramble to use my own towels for the move. It would be great if someone said that location did not have any prior to arrival. I was refunded for them so no issue on that front
