When we pulled up the the lot the guy working there was extremely rude and told us we couldn’t park the U-Haul there because the lot was full. As soon as we pulled up the the lot he started yelling at us asking us what we were doing there and that we needed to go away. We had to show him the contract with U-Haul saying that was where we were supposed to drop the van off. I guess he was getting ready to leave and didn’t want to service us but after a lot of back and forth he told us to park the van on the street and he would move it so that’s what we did. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe sales person, Mark he is not friendly and accommodating. He’s always seems like having a bad day. I will not recommend this location to my family and friends. After I filled the gas tank to the way it was. He still charges me $24 for the gas even though it was already filled up. He did the same thing to my cousin who rented a week before me and was also charged for the gas. My cousin had to call customer service to request for refund which U-Haul refunded the money. This is a bad business. We want to help our local community business but we get this kind of treatment we will not promote it.
