When I got there a assistant came out to the lot while doing my check in added another dolly I only used that one but was charged for two the green strap was not cut the check in app did not work to take pictures of the truck and damage he said ya a lot of people rent on the weekend so that part of the app does not work the network can’t keep up returned the truck a day early but was charged for three days
