Nothing. Customer service was top notch. Brittany was the best. She was so nice and welcoming and did everything with a smile. This is my first at a u- haul where experience was very pleasant and I left feeling lightheaded and was treated like a human being and not just a number. I was very satisfied.

Michael FThis is not feedback on the location, but on the phone app. The phone app has some very frustrating bugs. When I was checking in online, I kept raking pictures and clicking keep, but it wouldn’t save them. If I backed up, I noticed some times the picture would load, but then if I tried to press continue the app would keep telling me I needed to load a picture. Also, I tried to say I didn’t receive the furniture pads, but the only way the the app would let me continue is if I said I had the pads. Honestly the app experience was so bad I’m going to be looking at other rental options in the future.
