The customer service was terrible. They didn’t not go over the truck with us. We had to walk down the street to get it. And we got to our destination only to find out there was a lock on the back that we couldn’t get into. We called and it took over 20 minutes before we had to call them back to find out what we needed to do. Only to be told we needed to call roadside assistance or just bring it back. It wasn’t even the size we originally ordered. We did not receive any compensation for mileage or gas for having to go back to the site so they could take the lock off. They tried to have us call a number and the guy started asking for a credit card number, leading us to believe we were trying to be scammed. They also showed no remorse at all nor did they try to reset the gas and mileage for our inconvenience and time lost, as we were on a time frame to move.

When I picked up the car, the fuel tank was empty! The staff told me I just needed to return it with the fuel gauge at the same level. So, I had to fill up before I could even use it! I returned the car with the same amount of fuel.
