Booked 15 foot truck 2 furniture dolly an appliance dolly and furniture pads for a 730am pickup. Left after 9 am with a 10 ft truck and 1 regular dolly. Still got charged for Dollie’s and pads I never received. Worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey have active construction going on in the parking lot near where the trucks are parked. The attended could barely understand English and did not know the processes.
Paul ADirty, slow check-in, language barrier, let me leave location with a pad lock locking the back. The fuel tank appeared and I was told it was full of fuel but it was not. It cost time and money to festive back to location to have lock taken off
Eric BFYI, location was very dirty, internet did not work, took a long time to get the contract for the pick up. truck very, very, very dirty inside and out. When I returned truck, internet still out, they were unable to give me any paperwork when returned, thankfully I took a picture of the mileage in and out. I will not return to this location
