Nothing to improve. I didn’t like the graffiti on the trailer as I was taking it to a Christian camp for a week. It wasn’t the locations fault. U-Haul should have a policy to make their equipment presentable.

Great service and easy location access.
Anthony DWoman at customer service jammed me for insurance at checkout, I caught it, asked her to remove it. She said “I can’t do it now, the system won’t let me. I’ll remove it tomorrow when you return the trailer.” I brought the trailer back but she never removed the insurance. Very poor customer service here.
