STEVEN JSo my first reservation that was guaranteed wasnt available, I spent 35 minutes on the phone to find out there was no way to get a truck and that there wasnt one available nearby. My storage unit closes at 9 so time was imperative. So I panicking trying to find another truck and come to find out. One was available a mile away!!! But you guys told me there wasnt one. So I ended up having to purchase a second storage unit at a different facility to move my things to. Now I still have to pay for another truck to get them to my facility. So this cost me few hundred dollars and now I dont have enough in my account to cover the rest of my balance with you guys. Even with the $50 compensation you guys say im getting. This still cost me alot. I dont like to give bad google reviews without giving the company a chance to make it right.
