Coffee machine prominently visible, however not working
ALI TIf someone is using the app for pickup, allow them to take a selfie and register their license BEFORE arriving at uhaul pickup spot so they are not standing around on their phone with their license out next to a busy road. Thats not safe. Trucks also had back hatch open and one truck had a homeless person inside of it.
Natalie EThe truck has really bad brakes and i felt unsafe while driving it. and it smelled like cigarettes and the A/C was not blowing cool.
