I booked my rental reservation on line then after I came to pick up the Truck on time they told me we don’t have available Truck, I was waiting for one hour, So this is absolutely not acceptable, I don’t recommend to anyone

COLD S10201 Marshall st. location did not have a 20' truck, you took my money and reservation without a hitch, but didn't complete the contract. location at 10016 Marshall st did not have my 20' truck I reserved either, so i settled for a 26". Unknown to me, the location is closed 11 to 2pm, and no drop box for the key. I dropped the truck off at the open location (4 doors down). I was kindly charged an extra $275 on my bill for the privilege of returning the truck to the location that I supposed to have a truck reserved for in the first place. This is absolute GARBAGE, if I could leave a negative star review, I would. A satisfied customer I am not; where ever possible, I will not recommend using your service, and leave negative reviews where I can. This review ends now.
