Elia UWent to the drop off location and hours said it would be open, it wasn't. So waited a bit longer still no one. Phoned a number on the door and was told to drop it off at the location down the street. This location was also a car wash. Signs said entrance and exit. Naturally went in the entrance and turned out it was a one way that went into the car wash. Backed up and pulled out of the way the best I could. Was told by the employee had to back onto the street blindly. Wasn't helpful at all.
