Booked truck 2 weeks ago, reservation was confirmed, at last moment got text for rescheduled to another pickup location with 6 hours late time, rescheduled cost me labour cost without service. And after 6 hours it was very hard time to find another persons to get help for move, AND truck was got only for 3 hours.. Could you think how to make it out ?

Everything was great. The staff was very easy to deal with. The critique would be to ensure that the vehicle has a minimum of at least 1/2 tank of gas when handing it off to a customer.
Patrick FI went to drop it off. Couldn’t find the place finally found it and all it is is a lot so there was no one there for me to prove that I dropped it off the contact phone number no one answered so I had to leave it there and take pictures to prove that I actually dropped it off and then for two days I was contacting U-Haul saying why is it showing that I still have it when I dropped it off and I sent you pictures of it dropped off this was the worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had and I don’t know if I will use U-Haul again
Craig HJust awful. The man was late for my pickup time, keeping me waiting for 45 minutes. The truck was dirty. He insisted I return the keys to the drop box so he could charge me for after hours drop off... At 3 in the afternoon!! I'll never return. This guy shouldn't have a U-Haul franchise.
Colin MNo people available for drop off even though they advertise open for business until 5pm mon-fri. No one answering the phone at the number provided and the Message on the answering service was in French even though the location was in Alberta. Not at all a good service.
