Jenine H.Furaha was not professional. He almost refused to process my truck rental because he would not accept payment by debit. So he made it sound like he was doing me a favor that he had to use some credit card (NOT WHOSE) I was told my your customer service over the phone that I could process my truck rental with Visa Debit. I paid $35 extra to Furaha because the system would not accept payment by Debit. He almost wanted me to come later in the afternoon even though my appointment was in the morning. He sent me a text that he would not be available. I refused I went there .It turns out he was present. I asked, due to some commitment I would not be available to pick up my cash balance. So I asked him to e-transfer my balance out of the $100 cash deposit. He refused saying It iis a must that I have to collect cash at his location. Overall I am disappointed.
