The truck leaked a significant amount of gas due to a loose gas cap causing me to add over 12 gallons of gas after just driving 33 miles. I brought this to the agents attention and he just said sorry. Also, the oil light was on.

While the equipment was clean, it was not well maintained. One of the wheels was worn which made it hard to push sometimes. The belt on the back of the appliance dolly was worn out as well, which also made it useless for pulling up stairs.

Just wasted too much time trying to get the truck to start. 15minutes initally, then the first time I turned it off at my home it would not start back up again. After it started I never shut it off again until I returned it.

When I use the brakes have to mash to the floor and I'll hear it was metal to metal. It was unsafe to drive. I turn around and brought it back. The mileage was wrong the gas is wrong and they charged me twice.. it took me 4 hours and eight people to talk to so I can rent your truck after hours.

The location was fine, I tried to do a mobile pick up and it didn’t work at all. Customer service on the phone was terrible. Luckily an employee was on site even though they shouldn’t have been and was able to help me out. I’ll never do a mobile pick up again.

The lady was extremely rude with absolutely no customer service! She not only was rude to my husband and I when we picked up our truck but was being extremely rude to the couple that was there after us. We did not get the truck we wanted nor any of our questions answered, we were told “you have two options take this or leave without, the only other truck out of the ones there (4) was her one and it dead hers and it doesn’t leave without her and she’s going home so hurry up and decide”. We took the truck and left, the woman never even came out to the truck to inspect it with us. Truly very disappointed ended up spending over 300$ and 3 trips for what should have been a one way trip! The drop off was very pleasant in Chester but no Dropbox had to go back in am b4 work and drop paperwork and keys to a new Employee waiting outside in her car waiting for the boss to come open up, who was about 39 minutes late opening. So all in all it was not a pleasant experience.

The pickup before you open is hard to comprehend. We wanted to start at 8:00 am. Impossible with your checking. Also, the return process is difficult. Please, I implore you, make it easier on us seniors.
