They didn't know how to handle the drop off. Nightmare. I was on the phone with the 800 number 5 times to get the drop off taken care of
Wendy CThe app never works when taking pictures. It added at least an extra 30 minutes to my drop up time. Had to call U-Haul. Never went inside to work with staff. I probably should as the U-Haul help took forever.
