Additional reserved equipment was not present, cargo space was very dirty, cabin smelled.

Tyler WI got to the location and the lockbox would not work for 45 minutes. I was trying to unlock it with the right code and the customer support was not very helpful saying I was a girl with long nails and was short and that’s why I couldn’t open the lockbox I had to have a friend come and she tried for another 20 minutes until we finally got it open.
