When made reservation I asked will they help us connect the trailer to truck and load car? When we arrived they connected trailer no issues BUT manager on duty refused to help load car or strap and secure car in! ABSOLUTELY REFUSED..one of his workers ( a true gentlemen) saw I was a lady in my mid 60s and stepped in to help and as he helped me his boss LITERALLY YELLED at him saying 'you are NOT TO TOUCH that trailer or car...I'm telling you do NOT touch that or help them STOP right now as I am liable and I will lose my tiny shop and everything I own if something happens do not help her! The lovely GENTLEMEN said we have to help her she rented our equipment let's be sure she's safe...he was fabulous so I TIPPED him.

Robert BThe truck had NO WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID and we drove for hours through a mayfly invasion having to hand clean the windows! I ordered 3 dozen blankets and the place had exactly ZERO blankets for a big move in a 26 foot truck! Lame
