The location I picked up from was the worst experience. I had a reservation for pickup at 8am. I had to first call support so that they could route my reservation through the app as i was not even given the location of the truck or lockbox. Once i got the code to the lockbox, I had opened it to find no key inside. I then called support again where I was passed off to multiple people, this took around 45 minutes. I then received a call from a man at the pickup store saying he had my keys and to meet him at a gas station to pick them up. This was an extremely sketchy experience. He also informed me that the dolley and furniture pads I had ordered were being refunded as they did not have any. Thats fine but I wish that would have been communicated PRIOR to me picking up the truck. I think Uhaul needs to ensure that their renters are organized and professional with pickups, as it caused unnecessary stress and a delay in my move.

People were nice at pick up but truck was dirty inside and the seat belt on the passenger side wasn’t working and the check engine light kept coming on. The gas mileage was really bad

MIKE VThere was something brown and sticky all over the inside of the truck when I got it, like maybe motor oil. Had to clean this up especially well due to moving mattresses. I opted for mobile pick up and stop had to go inside and wait for them to get the truck because it was not kept on site and it wasn’t there at my reserve time
