I reserved a 15 ft truck and on the evening prior to picking it up was told my only option was a 26 ft truck which made my move very difficult because of the area I was moving my daughter to, which happened to be on a college campus with very little space to navigate a 26 ft truck.

Harold DAssistance was great! The trailer was very clean, but the trailer turned out to be the worst I’ve ever towed. At least one of the tires was out of round shook terribly going down the road. It made for a very uncomfortable trip. I was pressed for time and didn’t make a stop for service anywhere along the trip to another U-Haul center
