It would be nice if someone from the pickup location would offer to show the client the unique features of the vehicle; such as how to fill the vehicle with gas.
JAMES TThe computer was very slow, so even though I pre ordered I was in the location too long. The car hauler I rented had expired license tags, but everything doesn’t go great every day so I’ll just give an average grade.
RICHARD WDuring a 90 degree day the A/C did not work. I was charged for an appliance dolly and there was no dolly present. I annotated this in the app during pickup but was still charged.
