Location was in an unpleasant part of town. It did not feel comfortable, safe, or inviting but the staff was fairly pleasant. However, they were in a rushed, get us out of the door quickly kind of attitude that day which was ok with us as we were ready to get out of there as soon as possible.

WILMER RU-Haul needs to physically check vehicles after a customer checks them in for themselves.. rented my U-Haul and when I was done signing for it in the bldg, I went out to my truck and it was so drenched inside from leaky lights on roof.. had a puddle on dash that I photographed and it would only let me take 1 photo.. whole interior was drenched.. windshield wipers quit working halfway down from Indiana to Florida… but when turning it in, they somehow were working.. fuel stops sucked as it kept stopping the fueling when pumping so made longer stops.. front end wobbly around 72mph
MATTHEW KUnclear and harsh especially when we stated that this was our first time using Uhaul. Ended up dropping off at another location and was charged $200. Neither person at pick up or drop off said a thing.
