Probably the best service I’ve had from uhaul in my life. Setup for self pickup, worker on site saw me struggling with the app and checked me in. Gave clear drop off instructions. Truck wasn’t available at desired pickup but had a truck nearby for me. Everything was clean and worked great. Much appreciated and stress free experience.

The online registration was horrible. I had difficulty getting a code and code working. When it finally worked so I could access the truck and use the app again I was unable to use the camera to take the necessary photos. It was very frustrating. I did not complete the last and simple drove the truck to complete the task I had planned. Upon returning the truck the app wanted me to complete tasks I was unable to do. I took a picture of my return mileage, I forgot to take a picture of the beginning mileage but that should be easy to figure out. I dropped off the keys in the drop box and called Mark's Garden and reported my frustration and that I cannot complete the online information. One saving point was the person I spoke to on the about not being able to unlock the truck, she was very nice and understanding.
Diane RWe left it with 3 quarters of a tank at drop off and that is how much it was when we got it and still charged for gas. Not happy. Was happy to be able to use it for almost a full 2 days since we dropped it off early.
