Not even worth one star!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Emily was very unprofessional and did not treat us as customers with any type of respect nor offer any help with resolving an issue on their end. I as a paying customer was told to just “figure it out”. I was beside myself on how this business conducted themselves. I have an open dispute with them right now about a location renting us a pre-damaged U-Haul and having this location (goshen road : Emily) charge us for it. During the confrontation, and “figuring it out” on my own at this U-Haul location, I made a call to U-Haul customer service and was in the process of filing my dispute about damages they were claiming we caused. Customer service instructed me to get a promissory note from goshen road location and that I would NOT be charged because there was an investigation going to be set in place with the location that rented us the pre damaged truck. When I got off the phone I asked Emily for a promissory note, she denied me it and I was handed a bill !! During the phone call with customer service the lady behind the desk (Emily) took it upon herself to charge my card for these such damages without my knowledge. She did not show me what damages were caused nor the cost. She did not explain or have me look over what she she was charging me for or why and she did not have me sign anything saying I agreed to the the charges and the damages that we DID NOT CAUSE! She did not have consent or permission to do these things. Especially while I was on the phone with the company she worked for trying to “figure out” how to resolve this situation ... which is what she should have been doing as the employee in the first place! Over all she informed me there was nothing she could and charged me $467. Wrong ! There is a lot she could have done !!! And I had to do it myself !! I Contacted her boss Garth, I contacted the general manager of the location that rented us the truck, chuck, and I also contacted customer service and spoke to three different customer service representatives! I feel like there is something very wrong with this situation and their process of handling it, I feel like this is some sort of set up or scam. Being as unhelpful as she was and as quick as she was to steal my money for something that happened on U-Hauls end, but wouldn’t wait for it to be handled correctly. I am out raged with the unprofessionalism and how I was treated! This is going to be an ongoing situation until the right thing is done by U-Haul. I will NOT be taken advantage of and I’m not going to back down, this is not right for a company to do this to someone!

The ramps for the car hauler kept coming out on the highway and yes they were properly fastened I niece it is a poor design. It need to have a pin or a chain to lock them in. The chains were also way to long and the licence plate light bulb was burnt out which is illegal and a 150 fine. Staff was very polite and helpful will return again just hope you update the safety on your car haulers please someone could have really gotten hurt.

First 9 ft. Van rental was good. 2nd 9 ft. rental (#9) was a less quality rental than the first but was the same cost. No rear view camera in 2nd rental No inside mirror adjustment in 2nd rental and the cargo doors were frozen shut in the second rental.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and unexpectedly cheery. A very enjoyable experience securing a trailer via phone and picking it up moments later. Much better than the call I made to the U-haul call center, where I asked a simple question "how much does it cost to rent a 6x12 and was forced to answer thousands of questions about my vehicle before she would even tell me the price.

The staff was very friendly and the equipment was well maintained and clean. I had thought it was a self-service check-in so I was surprised by the check-in process and time it took despite reserving online. It served my purpose well and I would rent from there again.

I have to say, I chose the Goshen Rd. U-Haul place just by the feedback. I was blown away by how well Emily took care of our rental transaction over the phone. When my daughter went to pick up the truck Emily knew just who she was before seeing her ID. Her customer service was just off the chart! She took such great care of my daughter since I was not there to help. She went over and above what was required of her. The next time I'm in town I will stop by just to meet this wonderful woman! I wish all places had people like her. I cannot say enough good things about her.

I had an issue when told I was picking up the equipment in the afternoon cause of work shift and when picking up uhaul they canceled my reservation as I was arriving. I had to wait in line for making a new reservation and while doing so my tow dolly, that was reserved previously was rented out. They did give me an upgrade which was nice. I did have to come back across the major city later to pick up the tow transport hours later though which was inconvenient. The total time spent at uhaul was nearly 2hrs. I then was then overcharged about $108 which was supposed to be returned to bank account in a few days which never happened. It had been three weeks and no money returned.
