The pick up process was horrible. I asked the gentleman behind the counter about picking up the truck and he said he doesnt know anything about it, but to text this number on card. Text the number, zero response. Tried working through the app, wouldnt take the photos. Called the support line, was told its a known issue. Got to the part about getting the key and suddenly the guy at the counter has the key and knows why I am there. Oddly, the policy is if I am not there within an hour, I lose my reservation, but no mention that it took me an hour to get the truck because of the location and the process. Never did get the photos to load or be accepted.
