They put our uhaul as arriving 2 hours later causing an additional day charge to our account when we had it in over an hour before we needed it to be there. Now we have to wait days to see if it’lll get fixed when it should never have happened.

Kenneth BI ordered two dolly’s and they were Thank you! In the truck. No one was in the office at 4pm on a Tuesday! Had to drive to another U-Haul location to get dolly’s and then return them to that same location then drive the truck its location. Cut time into our moving. I would be reimbursed for the inconvenience.
