Things went smoothly and personally.
After hours drop off went smoothly, but lot was a little crowded and trailer drop off location was not super clear.
Well, there were not really any parking spaces and like other U-Haul places, not the cleanest because it was located with in an automotive repair business. The owner/manager was helpful and friendly. When I returned truck, I was unable to verify if thru your app. It kept telling me to make sure my location services turned on. It was. I tried going through the website and couldn't get that to work. I called the 800 number and got a message that Everyone was busy and to call back at a later time. I gave up asi had a 45 min drive home and it was getting late. I called again on the drive home and spoke with someone. After explaining my situation, she told me I should have taken pictures of the odometer, condition of the truck and location. No one ever told me to do that and that was my second truck in a week. I felt she was scolding me....Fortunately, i dealt with a location that was fair and honest.

The van was extremely dirty with bug splatters on the outside and per hair riddled on the inside. The inside of the truck smelled of live stock, although there was none. This was the only cargo van on their lot - so I had no choice in renting as I had a confirmed appointment that I was meeting. This not what I've come to expect of Uhaul.

Was not the selected location. Was told had to come pick up at much earlier time than planned, so i missed my auction and they didnt bither to drive over and open so was comotion to get the truck and when i returned truck using self check in, corp chgd me for 40 extra miles even though i did not have way to specify locations point a and b where used. Was not sufficient mileage but demanded refund because truck was left with extra gas. Was later refunded for those miles later.

When I arrived they told me the U-Haul side was closed even though I had a reservation for that location. Once that was finally resolved I received my truck. I turned in the truck same day before closing but there was nobody there but the open sign was on. I should have taken pictures of the odometer but did not and they also billed me for an additional 72 miles that I did not travel. If U-Haul does not make this right I will never use them again (which I have used for my last 4 moves, plus my son's move, plus for any side projects that required picking up and delivering items from or to myself.
Not a thing
I have the call recorded from the owner Steve cussing me and calling me names. He stated that my credit card did not go through which was the furthest thing from the truth. I had him recheck and told him then he can apologize. He then apologized and called me a worthless bitch AGAIN. I have contacted corporate office and am awaiting a phone call back. I have since locked my credit card and Steve, the owner of the Auto store continues to try to put charges into my credit card. All of this is now being monitored and recorded for fraud. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!
I reserved a truck from avilla then had to go clear to fort wayne and the gas tank was basically empty . but overall the truck did ok and we got all moved
The unit's gas gauge showed 38 miles to empty. I had to purchase $78.00 of gas, at &2.219/ gal. Upon returning the vehicle, the fuel gage was reading over one half. On my final bill, your company gave me credit for $24.00. Do you consider that fair ??? Will be more than happy to e-mail copy of receipt !
Truck ran great and customer service was excellent, but the vehicle smelled pretty bad inside.
Diane did a great job, but the rest of the staff was a bit dis-organized.
By far the dirtiest uhaul I've ever rented. Charged me $20 for gas when I have pictures proving the miliage meter and gas from pick up and drop off.
We used the mobile phone check in. It took over 20 minutes for the approval process...which was cutting into our rental time. Also, this was my first time using u-haul. I was not aware that the rental truck had to be filled with gas before returning. It would've been nice to have that stated somewhere other than in fine print hidden somewhere. We used less than 1/4 tank and were charged over 30$...ridiculous.
When you get a truck and full of grass cuttings and not offer change trucks not right.

Wash the trailer. Know the customer when they arrive, not give them the run around! After I found "the right person", this man was good about checking the light hook up.
check in was a little confusing but ended up OK. truck ran well. you need to check your emails as I rec'd eight (8) confirmations of receipt. all the same.....
