We have typically used the Coldwater location - but the Clinton St location was closer to our house. The office people felt very unorganized.

Was charged for 2 days only used for one day and they are refusing to credit the overcharge back.
Jerry RWhen I arrived at this location they told me to just leave the Uhaul there and I’d get a receipt in a few days. The guy working was unwilling to help me unhitch the trailer, so my dad and I had to figure it out ourselves. He didn’t know how to generate a receipt. The place looked incredibly unprofessional, was dirty, and I would highly advise avoiding this location. I’m really disappointed I spent over a thousand dollars with Uhaul and couldn’t get help with the return.
kyle lDidn’t get a final on mileage. I don’t believe I used as much mileage as I guessed I would and should be refunded difference.
