Should not have rented out dilapidated equipment. Truck was in such poor condition. Passenger door wouldn’t close all the way from a previous accident, causing violent, whistling wind noise the entire trip. Poor cleanliness of truck and inside cab condition overall very subpar. I don’t necessarily think this is a reflection of the location, but a company culture.
Anthony Dlocation manager was late for 9AM reservation pick up, seemed unorganized and unfamiliar with the reservation process.
Sean WWe have typically used the Coldwater location - but the Clinton St location was closer to our house. The office people felt very unorganized.
Dan FWas charged for 2 days only used for one day and they are refusing to credit the overcharge back.
