Employee stayed late to get me hooked up with a car hauler that I desperately needed. Two other groups came in just before closing time, before I got there. When I booked the appointment, the book keeper told me the wrong address. When I arrived at the correct location, the office was closed. I called the number on the door and was told that they were out of office to run to the bank and would be back in 30 minutes. I arrived back to the office in 30 minutes and still had to wait another 20-30 minutes on top of already being delayed so the truck could be checked back in and cleaned. It was a very unprofessional process. The uhaul attendant needs to be more professional. The frustration/struggle effect does not need to be converted onto the customer in which this situation it was. I will not be renting from this location again.Megan M.
