Charging $1.39 per mile really caught me off guard at the end. The original first payment of ~$160 seemed fair for 2 days(only 2 trips). Then to get charged an additional payment upon return for 100 miles… totaling it to around $300 seems really egregious. Would not recommend again. The advertising of “$29.99” a day is not accurate

The rental location's web access was unavailable, so it took approximately 20 minutes to retrieve the truck. The furniture pads I signed up for were not with the truck, and the lady at the location only had two for us to use.
