The attendant at the location was helpful and courteous, but he had an issue accessing the key to the truck, which was located in a small lockbox. I eventually was able to access the key myself while the attendant assisted another customer. The surfaces within the cab were grimy. Additionally, the AC in the truck was not working properly. The compressor kept cycling on and off, which made my three-hour drive very uncomfortable.

Was not easy to get vehicle. We did everything online and then having to enter information again to get key was inconvenient and redundant.csr james was very helpful over the phone was great. Returning vehicle was repeat as getting vehicle.not consumer friendly.
