Charging 2200 dollars for a rental vehicle and then charging 350 on top for miles and fuel that I ALREADY PAID FOR, is financial rape to anyone in the process of moving. Fuck U-Haul

I mean it's
Skyler DMy rental was in the computer as a local rental, instead of a ine way rental, even though I was explicitly clear at my pickup that I wasn't going to be returning to that location and would be returning it in California. This caused extra hassle in what could have been a simple deal.
KYLE FWasn’t the easiest place to back the trailer into. But employees were prompt and helpful guiding it back to where they wanted it parked. Friendly and helpful employees.
