Truck was located in a parking lot next to a metal building with a homeless man sleeping up against the building by the truck. No gas in truck and order 120 blankets didn't get but maybe 10 that were wet and sour smelling. Very disappointing!
Benson THad difficulties picking up vehicle which delayed me taking possession which in turn caused a chain reaction with workers helping in the move. It cost me more money than anticipated. The equipment was clean but there was only 38 miles to empty at pick up. I will continue to use U-Haul because I think it is a great company, but his specific experience was not the best…
William KThey don’t put the keys from the drop box into the separate key boxes. Have to go inside and get clerk to do it
