The process for verification was unexpected. The hoops to jump thrpugh were lengthly. Time in the moment to do these added stress. This mobile access is not a consumer - friendly process. The staff on drop off were more interested in shop talk that helping the customer.
Jennifer BMake note of using 2nd driveway as closer to office and equipment location. Staff on site was friendly and made process simple.
Robert WI was charged a fee for the drop off location, but was never told which one to drop it off at. I have had to move twice within the last month and now I will struggle with food. It asked me to estimate my miles, and I did.
