Do not ever use the U-Haul app to pick up your truck, the U-Haul app would get the lowest rating possible, but that was not the question. The staff at on site RV was great for the return, but the app sucked for pickup since it was before they opened. Pick up from this location during business hours

Kent GThe process for verification was unexpected. The hoops to jump thrpugh were lengthly. Time in the moment to do these added stress. This mobile access is not a consumer - friendly process. The staff on drop off were more interested in shop talk that helping the customer.
