How U-Haul Reviews WorkI rented for 24 hours. I returned the trailer at 25 hours and got charged for two days- no bueno. Waiting to hear back from Yourspace at Bayside. I am not happy. Moving is challenging enough and we are older and get tired more easily- it took us 1 hour longer. We don’t feel we should be charged a whole extra day
Pamela BYourspace At Bayside was exceptional in every way. Highly recommend the location. We dropped off here. I noticed on Saturdays they closed at 3:30 and our GPS had us arriving at 3:38. A call informed me that they were staff until 4:00 p.m. and all should be well and it was. The agent at the desk was very helpful and gave a wonderful impression of the operations.

Thomas dMy comments are just to say how wonderful the person was at the facility. There was a call out and he was alone, but with kindness and respect helped everyone there. The facility was clean. We also rented a storage room and the place was clean, well kept. So we will be back to pick up our stuff in a few months and will definitely rent the U haul again from here. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience.
