I have never had this type of experience before at a U-Haul facility where I was told to find my trailer myself and hook it up to my vehicle myself. I had to maneuver the trailer between to trucks to get it to my vehicle, hook it up myself and when I returned the trailer I had to unhook it myself. I'm 69 years old in pretty good shape but there's no way I should be doing this myself. So you asked me if I Would you recommend this location to a friend? Not a chance. I'm not a complainer but this is Not expectable.
