I contacted the facility twice about remediating some of my charges on my rental, heard nothing back. Was supposed to get a call from a representative regarding my charge dispute and heard nothing.

No ramp in the trailer, would have been nice to have

SARAH YIt was a little tough figuring out how to navigate the app to handle the picking up of the truck. But that was probably more my limitations.
