10/1/25 Yesterday I picked up my truck, utilized, and returned. all went smoothly. This morning upon checking my bank account it noticed I was overcharged for the UHAUL and moving company set up through UHAUL as well. Whomever is answering the phone for UHAUL on 10/2/25 at 0800 is extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I called to politely dispute an overcharge I received and was told to call 1800 number. After that, she called back and somehow a partial payment returned. However, on this phone call her tone was aggressive and she repeated the same phrases over again. Wouldn’t use location ever again.
