This was the first time having to use U-Haul and I thought the whole experience went very smoothly. We moved Family from one state to another and both the pick up and drop off were very easy to do. I would definitely use U-Haul again if needed.

In addition to the above poor service we were also rushed by two phone calls to return the truck earlier than scheduled because someone else needed it. Unless our dissatisfaction is addressed with an apology and a significant discount, we will not use your company again. As well as making sure no one we know goes through this horrible experience with your company!!

Gary WThe rear of the truck had not been cleaned out. Everything else was good.
Tanua JWhen I went to pick up the truck, the guide didn't know how to do the computer stuff on the phone with the signing. And then the truck on top of it, he had $80 on if the trucks for the insurance, when I already said, I had insurance, and I had a cupboard. They gave me a truck to the gas tank was only 3 fourths filled open the back of the truck. The truck was completely dirty, so yeah. I'm not too happy. And I think I should get some of my money back because a three fourth tank gas and b.It wasn't clean at all plus the truck didn't run the right way.
