Drop off location was fine and easy to access. No personnel on site.
Michael HThe hours/reservation times do not match Bins&Bays hours. U-Haul needs to update this. Fortunately, the owner was very kind and helpful and worked with me to still get the trailer at the 9:30 reservation time.
