Truck mileage counter went up more than the miles I traveled and I’m very upset I was still charged for that even after letting them know it seemed a little high

The office staff was very courteous and helpful in all of my needs, however, the fact that your equipment had no ramp was very disturbing and made my move very cumbersome and more physical than I had anticipated. I have never encountered a rental, anytime in the past, where the equipment did not include a ramp. No, the truck was not low enough to make my move less strenuous and physical. Had the equipment had a ramp, I could have made my move without help, however, loading heavy articles made it necessary to engage additional help at a financial expense I had not anticipated. I was willing to rent a larger truck with a ramp, however, when I called back to your Franklin office I was told none of their trucks had ramps. Therefore, I will recommend, to all I know, at every convenience, to find another rental company other than U Haul for their moving needs. In the future, I will look elsewhere for my moving needs.

kim aStaff was very friendly but not very helpful. I was escorted out to the truck told here it is pretty much and left to pull it out on my own from a very tight spot. I had a different truck to my left and infront of me was the trailer and vehicle of the people doing yard service. After getting it out and hooked up to the trailer I was left on my own again to figure out the trailer and get my vehicle onto it. A lot of trouble could have been avoided if the staff was just a bit more present after getting ru g out.
Randy WI did not receive the six moving mats for five dollars, and I did not get the two furniture dollies for seven dollars apiece. You owe me a $19 refund. The floor mats in the truck are full of mud from a previous customer. FYI.
