The setup was very confusing. My mom had to try to get through their closed gates to talk to anyone. The guy that came out at the end was very helpful.

I ordered the truck online and requested to have furniture pads, an appliance dolly and standard dolly for use. When I picked up the truck the location did not have any of these materials available. I was told that I could find another location to get them from or have it taken off my bill. If a location does not possess the items-they should not be listed as available.
MICHAEL HI reserved an appliance dolly. It was not delivered and the agent had to remove it from my reservation. This was a great disappointment and caused us a lot more difficulty in our move today.
Richard WThe truck was pretty clean and ran well. They didn't have the dolly i reserved but we were able to remedy that.
