The employee was asleep in his car. We had significant trouble accessing our rental. From confusing instructions, app not providing clear instructions, no key in the lock box. Our pick up experience was a total disaster. With over 45 min delay.

Didn’t open until 9:00 but all info said opened at 8:00. Lot of waiting. Everything went good.
Gerald HThe driver's area was quite dirty as was the windshield and the outside mirrors. Overall, though, I would use them again, if necessary.
