Truck was dirty. Windshield was dirty. Windshield washers on fuel islands had stiff squeegees that didn’t work. Truck windshield wipers were hard and didn’t clear water from windshield. Engine was noisy. ‘Sounded like a valve or lifter was tapping. Car parts strewn around garage. Gas prices high for the area.
Ronald HThe truck wasn't ready when I arrived at my set time. Ironic that Uhaul lets the customer know tonbe there on time or they couls face consequences but if the truck is late Uhaul doesn't face any issues. They require THREE phone numbers...in case they call you and you don't pick up. This is a ploy to sell information obviously. I then got charged for a complete unknowingly until the end of my trip. It was always $19.99 + the miles. The guy at the gass station said it was because I went over the 100miles but only rented it for 5 hrs and charged a full day. Again, the math on the miles to time used made sense but why not makenit clear to the customer in advance, in clear text and not tiny disclaimers... if thats where the information was.
CASSIUS CI rented a U-Haul van, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was professional, courteous, and made the entire process quick and seamless. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of reliable service!
Ebony TFor the most part, it was a positive experience until after I dropped the truck off, the inspection and receiving my receipt, the attendant moves the van and hits something with the parking lot. An incredibly loud noise but I was watching from my vehicle as the attendant got out to see what happened. His co worker comes out and they give each other a thumbs up but the attendant then comes up to my car and tries to suggest I returned the truck with damage after I literally witnessed and heard him hit something pulling through the gas station. I disagreed stating exactly what I just witnessed and after he checked out to begin with. Nothing became of this, but to even attempt to pin his mistake on me was absolutely wild.
